Umingle Unban Request For Banning Mistake

I was recently banned from the Umingle website on the grounds that I am under 18, even though I am actually 19 years old. This ban occurred approximately three days ago, and since then I have not been able to access or use the platform at all. As far as I remember, I did not even manage to complete a proper sign-in or registration with a username or saved account, yet I was still banned based on an incorrect age assessment. I find it frustrating that my access was blocked this easily, especially when I am above the required age and willing to prove it. I also tried to find a way to contact Umingle about this, but I could not find any clear customer service or support channel on the website, so I was not able to explain my situation directly. I request that my access to Umingle be restored and that this ban be reviewed and lifted. I am ready to provide proof of my age with an official ID or any other verification method you require so that my age information is corrected and I can use the platform without further issues.
