Telegram Two-Step Verification Password Reset Request

I use Telegram on my Vivo device and I lost my two-step verification password two days ago. Since then I have not been able to access my Telegram account and I am completely locked out. I contacted Telegram support for help but so far I have not received any reply. I have also recorded and attached a screen capture showing the problem I face when trying to log in. I kindly request your support to remove or reset the two-step verification on my number and help me recover full access to my Telegram account as soon as possible.
