GO-INNERLY.COM Unauthorized $39.39 Charge and Refund Request

On 16.10.2026 I purchased a $1 trial test on the website GO-INNERLY.COM. At the time of payment, I agreed only to this $1 trial and did not give any consent to additional or recurring charges. Despite this, the company charged my card with a transaction of $39.39 without my knowledge or authorization. I noticed this unexpected withdrawal on my bank statement and this caused both financial and emotional discomfort, as I did not agree to such a payment. I am requesting a full refund of the $39.39 that was charged without my consent and for any related subscription or automatic payments linked to this transaction to be cancelled so that no further amounts are withdrawn from my account.
