BigoLive Account Appeal

I am a Bigo Live user on an Android device and my account with the username “Rinababe” and ID “9094223690F.U” was suddenly suspended on 26 March 2026. When I try to open my account, I only see that it is suspended for “violations”, but there is no clear explanation of what rule I am supposed to have broken. I do not know the specific reason for this ban and I am not aware of doing anything that would intentionally violate Bigo Live’s community guidelines. Because screenshots are not allowed in the app, I also cannot attach an image of the suspension message. I kindly request that my account suspension be reviewed in detail and that I be informed clearly of the exact violation that is being claimed. If I have unknowingly broken any rule, I would like to know which one so that I can avoid it in the future. If there is no serious violation, I ask that my account be reactivated.
