Reactivating My Banned Umingle Account
I have been using Umingle via the website on Google, and today my account was suddenly banned and flagged as “Under 18.” I am almost 19 years old and I always try to respect Umingle’s rules, so this decision is clearly a mistake. The ban happened on July 11th at around 12:00 p.m. in Egypt. When I tried to access my account, I saw a message saying “You are banned” with the reason “Under 18” and a Ban ID ecc134cf, and it even offers to remove the ban for 79.99 EGP. I have never tried to misrepresent my age. The only possible reason I can think of is that I was talking with many people at once and there were people in the background whose faces were not clearly visible, which may have been misinterpreted by the system. I have already sent an email to your support team, but I know there are currently many issues with delayed responses, so I am submitting this complaint/appeal as well. I kindly request that you review my account, verify my age, and remove the “Under 18” ban from my profile without asking me to pay any fee, as this restriction is unjustified in my case. I expect my account to be fully reactivated as soon as possible so that I can continue using Umingle normally.
