Umingle Wrongfully Banned My IP After My First Chat

I recently tried to use Umingle for the first time from Egypt, and my access was immediately blocked by IP during my initial use. I was only chatting with another user and wrote that I am 24 years old. Right after I sent this message, I suddenly received a ban and could no longer access the platform at all. I did not receive any clear explanation for the ban, nor did I log in with an email address or username, so I do not understand why my IP has been blocked. I am an adult user and I only stated my age honestly in the chat. I kindly request that my IP ban be reviewed and removed, and that my access to Umingle be restored. I would also like to be informed about the specific reason for this ban so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
