Umingle Blocked My Account for Being Under 18 Even Though I Am 24

I am a user of the UMingle web platform in the United States and my account was blocked today with the system stating that I am under 18 years old, even though I am 24. I have never submitted any ID or age verification document to UMingle before, so I do not understand how my age was incorrectly assessed, and I suddenly lost access to my account. Because of this mistake, I can no longer use my account or access my ongoing conversations and contacts on the platform. This is very frustrating as I am clearly over 18 and there has been no violation on my side. I kindly request that UMingle urgently review my account, verify my age correctly, and immediately reopen my account without any restrictions. I also expect an explanation of why my account was flagged as underage, so that this problem does not occur again in the future.
