I have been using the Umingle website with the email address mustafa4real0****@gmail.com. While I was simply texting with another user on the platform, my account was suddenly banned. The only issue I am aware of is an age-related mistake, but I did not receive any clear explanation or detailed reason for the ban on the screen. I believe this ban is unfair and caused by a misunderstanding regarding my age information. I kindly request that my Umingle account registered with the email address mustafa4real0***@gmail.com be reviewed and reactivated, or that I be clearly informed of the concrete reason for this ban so that I can correct any mistake, if there is one.
