Umingle Website Banned Me After Typing What Another User Requested

I was using the Umingle website to chat with strangers without being logged into any account, and I have just received a ban that I believe is completely unjustified. A stranger on the site asked me to type “m15”, and right after I did that, I was banned from the platform, even though I am actually 24 years old and not underage. I did not violate any rules knowingly, and I had no intention of misrepresenting my age. I have not yet been able to contact support, but I want to make it clear that this ban was triggered only because I typed what a stranger asked me to type, not because I am underage or trying to deceive anyone. I kindly request that my ban be lifted and that my access to the Umingle website be restored, since I am 24 years old and would like to continue using the service as a normal user.
