Umingle Wrongfully Banned My Account for “Explicit Messages”

I recently received an automated ban on Umingle while simply playing a “Would you rather” game via the chat box with a random stranger. I did not send any explicit messages, yet my account was suddenly banned with the code d2554bee, and the system is now asking me to pay 9.99 USD for an “Instant Unban”. The ban page states that the reason is “explicit messages”, which is not true in my case. This feels like an unfair and unjustified restriction on my account, and the demand for nearly 10 dollars to remove a ban that I did not deserve comes across as extortionate and unacceptable. There is no support system or contact option available on the platform, so I am forced to raise this complaint publicly. I request that my account be unbanned without any payment demand, that this ban and its reason be properly reviewed, and that any automated charging or “Instant Unban” offer linked to this ban be cancelled. I also expect Umingle to ensure that users are not unfairly banned and pressured into paying to regain access to their accounts.
