Umingle Wrongful Gender Search Ban

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was blocked today after I mistakenly selected and sent the wrong gender option while doing a search. Immediately after this, my account was blocked and I received a message stating that my account is banned, with a ban number 041a05e6, and that I must pay 9.99 USD for the ban to be lifted. I believe this block is unfair because the situation was only a mistake in choosing the gender option, and there was no bad intention or violation from my side. I do not accept being forced to pay money to get my account back in such a situation. I kindly request that you lift the block on my account, reactivate my profile without any payment, and allow me to continue using Umingle normally. I also ask that you remove any record that could negatively affect my account because of this incident.
