I tried to access Umingle today at around 18:35 via the browser on my Android phone by searching on Google, but I could not open or properly use the platform. When I try to join, the page shows a message asking me to disable my VPN and refresh the page, and I also see “You have disconnected” on the screen, so I cannot proceed. My internet connection seems to be working normally and I am accessing other sites without problems, but Umingle does not allow me to continue and I cannot reach the service as expected. I request that Umingle provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance on how to perform a clean installation or clean setup on my Android phone, and help me solve this access problem so that I can use the platform without constantly encountering this error.
