I Keep Getting Banned In Umingle

I am writing to report that I have been repeatedly and incorrectly blocked from using Umingle on the web due to an “underage” warning, even though I am not underage. I access Umingle via the web from an IP in Indonesia, using Google Chrome on an Android phone. As far as I know, no registered account is required to use the service, and I have never created an account or submitted any ID or proof of age to Umingle. The first time this restriction appeared was about a week ago, and it has happened again today. I also tried accessing Umingle from different connections and devices, including other networks, and I still keep getting banned with the same underage restriction. Since I have never provided any age information or identification to Umingle, I do not understand on what basis my access is being blocked as underage. I kindly request that you urgently review this situation, properly verify that I am not underage, and remove this incorrect restriction so that my access to Umingle can be fully restored. In addition, I would appreciate a clear explanation of why this “underage” flag was applied in the first place and what criteria or system caused my IP or device to be classified as underage.
