Umingle Shows “Disable Your VPN” Error and Will Not Open

I use an Android phone and access apps through Google, and I am unable to open the Umingle application. Whenever I try to enter the app, it does not open properly and I am also seeing a message that includes “Please disable your VPN and refresh to join Umingle” and a Ray ID code 56d8f11f. Because of this issue, I cannot use the service at all. I would like Umingle to guide me clearly on how to perform a clean installation on my Android phone and resolve this access problem so that I can use the app without errors.
