Umingle App Blocking Access With VPN Error Ray ID ca4d6685
I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which I can no longer access. Since last night, every time I try to use the app, I receive the message: “Please disable your VPN and refresh to join Umingle. Ray ID: ca4d6685.” I have already turned off any VPN, switched internet connections, and tried multiple times, but the same warning continues to appear and I am still unable to access my account. I use the email address fundaljoanna****@gmailcom for my Umingle account.
To the best of my knowledge, I have not violated any rules and I am not aware of any restrictions or issues associated with my account. For this reason, I do not understand why I am being blocked from using the service. I kindly request that my access to Umingle be restored immediately and that any incorrect block associated with this Ray ID be removed so I can use my account normally again.
Progress
I am a normal user of the Umingle platform and my account was suddenly banned or blocked without any explanation. I used Umingle normally, and when I tried to log in again the next day, which was last Friday, I saw that my account was no longer accessible.
After noticing the ban, I contacted Umingle support, but I was not given any reason or explanation for this action. Not knowing what I supposedly did wrong and being unable to use my account has been very frustrating.
I kindly request that my Umingle account be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can use it again like before. I am asking for my account to be restored by the next day at the latest, because I regularly use Umingle and this sudden ban is affecting me a lot. I also want this situation to be reviewed urgently, as I believe the ban was applied without a clear justification.
