Umingle "Disable VPN" Error Prevents Joining on Windows

I have been unable to connect to Umingle on my Windows computer from the very beginning. I am accessing Umingle via the Chrome browser, and every time I try to join, the system disconnects and does not let me in. On the screen, a red warning appears saying “Please disable your VPN and refresh to join Umingle.” I have already turned off both my VPN and any proxy settings, then refreshed the page several times, but Umingle still shows the same warning and disconnects me. There is no additional error code or message, so I cannot understand what exactly is blocking my access. I request that my connection issue be examined and resolved, and that I be allowed to use Umingle on my Windows device without being disconnected, since I have already disabled VPN and proxy as requested but still cannot join the service.
