Umingle, Unfair Ban For Explicit Messages, Request Review And Solution

I was banned today while using the Umingle website, with Ban ID 856af5fb. According to the message on the screen, the reason is stated as “Explicit messages,” and it even suggests that I need to pay 5.99 € to remove the ban. The conversation in question became explicit because the other person exposed their private parts during the chat. Despite this, only I was banned, which I find unfair. I believe that if the chat records or logs are reviewed, it will be clear that I was not the one who initiated this explicit behavior. If I have unintentionally violated any community rules, I sincerely apologize and I am ready to strictly follow the guidelines from now on. I kindly request that my ban with ID 856af5fb be reviewed in detail and, if possible, lifted without requiring any payment, as I do not think I deserve this sanction under these circumstances.
