Wrongful Umingle Ban

My Umingle website account was automatically banned a few days ago with Ban ID 56271159, on the grounds of “explicit messages” but this decision is wrong and was triggered by your automated filter. During a video chat, another user exposed themselves on camera and took off their top. In response, I typed the message: “why did you show me your titty weirdo.” This was a reaction to their behavior and an attempt to call it out, not an attempt to send explicit content or encourage it. Instead of detecting and banning the user who actually violated the rules on camera, the system flagged my message, which only reacted to their misconduct. I have been using Umingle for about three weeks and I have no intention of breaking any community rules. I did not initiate any explicit behavior; I only reacted to someone else’s clear violation. Because of this, I believe the ban was issued in error by the automated AI filter. I respectfully request that you manually review the relevant chat and video logs associated with Ban ID 56271159 and remove the ban on my account so that I can regain access to the Umingle website. I would like this situation to be corrected, as I did nothing wrong and was only trying to respond to another user’s misconduct.
