Umingle Explicit Messages Ban by Mistake – Request Free Account Unban

While I was using Umingle on my laptop today and chatting with strangers about ordinary topics such as how we are and asking each other basic questions, my account was suddenly banned. I log in to Umingle via my Facebook account with the email address kian****@gmail.com, so I do not have a separate Umingle username. On the screen, it says that my account was banned for “Explicit messages” with Ban ID 96a7de96. I absolutely did not send any explicit or sexual messages, and I was only having a normal conversation. I believe this ban is a mistake and it is unfair that I have been punished for something I did not do. In addition, on the same screen Umingle offers an “Instant Unban” option in exchange for 149 Philippine Pesos via credit card. I find it wrong and disturbing to be asked to pay money to remove an unjust ban. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the alleged explicit messages be checked, and that my account be unbanned without any payment, as I complied with the rules while using the platform.
