Umingle Under 18 Ban Error – Restore My Account

I am writing about my Umingle account, which was banned on my Android device around June with the reason shown as “Under 18” and Ban ID b0d9be65. I am in fact almost 20 years old and therefore meet the age requirement, so this ban is clearly a mistake. I would like my account and the report against me to be properly reviewed, instead of being forced to pay for an “instant unban”. I have also come across users who are actually underage, for example a 15‑year‑old who is falsely claiming to be in college, while my account, as a legal adult, has been banned. I request that my ban be reviewed based on my real age information and that my Umingle account be reactivated without any payment, as I have not violated the under‑18 rule.
