Unban Me Umingle

I am an Umingle user on Android and my account has just been banned with the reason stated as “Under 18”. I am actually 18 years old, but while joking with a friend in chat I accidentally wrote that I am 15, even though this is not my real age. After this message, my account was immediately banned and now I see a “You are banned” screen with an “Under 18” reason and a Ban ID. On the same screen, there is an “Instant Unban” option in return for payment. I do not think it is fair for my account to remain banned or to have to pay money because of a clear mistake in a joke message that does not reflect my real age. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, my real age be taken into consideration based on any verification methods you use, and my account be unbanned without asking for any payment. I would like confirmation when the ban is removed so that I can continue to use your service.
