Umingle Ban For No Reason

I have been having a serious issue with my Umingle web platform account, which was blocked a long time ago on the grounds that I am underage. I am currently 20 years old, so this restriction is clearly a mistake and I am unable to access my account for no valid reason. Until now I have not contacted Umingle support directly, but I would like this situation to be corrected. I kindly request that my age information be reviewed properly and that my account be reactivated if there is no other justified reason for the block. I also expect a clear written explanation as to why my account was flagged as underage in the first place and what exact rule was considered violated. I ask that this issue be handled as soon as possible so that I can use my Umingle account again without any unjustified restrictions.
