Umingle Under 18 Ban Appeal – I Am Over 18

I have been using the Umingle.com platform and today my account was suddenly banned with the warning “You are banned – Under 18”. This decision is completely wrong because I am over 18, and I have an official ID card issued in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia in the name of Muhammad Fachrul Sal** that clearly shows my date of birth and that I am an adult. In addition to this, the platform shows a payment screen asking for Rp39,900 to remove the ban and asks for card number, expiry date and CVC. I find it unacceptable to demand payment to lift a ban that was applied on the false claim that I am underage, despite the fact that I am over 18 and can prove it with my official ID. I request that my Umingle.com account be immediately reactivated without any payment, that the “under 18” ban reason be removed from my account record, and that I receive a clear written explanation of why this wrongful ban and payment request occurred so that similar issues do not happen again.
