Umingle Not Working Due to Unexpected Device Ban

I am writing regarding a device ban applied to my access on Umingle. My access was blocked yesterday without any prior warning or explanation, and since then I have been unable to use the app at all. I use Umingle directly on my device without creating a separate account, yet my device was suddenly banned.
I did not receive any warning, violation notice, or clear message explaining the reason for this action. Because of this, I believe the ban may have been applied in error.
I kindly request that my device be unbanned and my access to Umingle be restored as soon as possible. If there is a valid reason for this restriction, I ask that it be clearly explained so I can understand the issue and avoid any similar problems in the future.
