Umingle Account Banned Due to Incorrect Age Verification Error

I am using the Umingle application on an Android device and, although I am over 18, the system suddenly started showing that I am under 18 and my account has been banned with the message “you are banned”. This is wrong information about my age and I cannot use my account because of this. This is my first time submitting a complaint about this situation and I have not been able to reach any support before. I kindly request that my account be unbanned as soon as possible and that my age status be corrected so that I can continue using Umingle without any restrictions.
