Umingle Repeatedly Bans My Android Account and Demands Payment

I am an active user of the Umingle application on Android, and over the last two weeks I have been repeatedly banned while using the app. Each time, I see that the ban can be removed only by paying 79.99, and this situation has occurred more than once in a short period of time. I do not know the clear reason for these repeated bans and I have not been given any convincing explanation inside the app. Being blocked in this way prevents me from using the service properly and creates a sense of unfairness, especially as the ban is tied to a payment in order to be lifted. Through this complaint, I request that my Umingle account be unblocked and that this repeated ban issue be permanently resolved so I can use the application normally without being exposed to unjust account blocks linked to payment.
