I Got Banned On Umingle Without Doing Anything Wrong
I have been experiencing repeated bans on Umingle while using the service via a web browser on iOS, even though I have not violated any rules or engaged in any inappropriate behavior. The bans usually occur simply when I join and use the site normally, and when I leave the website and open it again, I suddenly find that I have been banned once more. This has happened many times and makes it impossible for me to use the platform properly. I contacted Umingle support about this issue and, instead of clearly explaining the reason for these bans or checking my account, I was told that I should pay. I find it unfair and concerning that I am being repeatedly banned without a valid explanation and then asked to pay in order to solve the problem. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned and that these automatic, unjust bans be stopped so that I can use the platform without interruption. I also expect a clear explanation of why these bans occurred and a review of my account to ensure that this situation does not happen again.
