I Need Back My Umingle Access

My Umingle account has been banned and I urgently request that it be restored so I can use Umingle again. I do not know the exact date when my account was banned. When I contacted your support team, I was only told that I have to make a payment to be unbanned, without any clear explanation of which rule I supposedly violated. I have not intentionally broken any rules, and I find it very worrying and unfair that I am asked to pay money just to regain access to my account. I kindly but firmly ask you to review my account in detail, clearly explain the specific reason for the ban, and restore my account without requiring any payment if there is no serious and proven violation. Please unban my account as soon as possible so that I can use Umingle again. I want to continue using Umingle normally, and I am willing to follow all your rules and guidelines, but I expect a transparent and fair process instead of a payment request.
