Umingle Banned My iPhone Even Though I Do Not Have an Account
I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with Umingle on my iPhone today. Even though I do not have an account, I appear to be banned when I try to use the app. Along with this, I was asked to pay money in order to remove the ban, which I find unacceptable. I did not create or use an Umingle account on this device before, and I am not aware of any rule I may have violated. I do not think it is fair or appropriate to demand payment from me just to be able to use the app normally. I kindly request that you review this situation, remove any ban that has been applied to my device or usage without a valid reason, and ensure that I am not asked to pay any fee for unbanning. I also ask you to inform me clearly about why this happened and to prevent similar issues in the future.
