Umingle Incorrectly Flagged Me as Underage and Banned My Account

My Umingle account has been banned on the grounds that I am under 18 years old, even though I am actually 20 years old. Because of this, I cannot access my account and cannot use the platform. I have already contacted Umingle support about this issue but I have not received a clear and satisfactory resolution. My age is 20 and I meet the platform’s age requirement. I request that my account be reviewed again, my age information be corrected if necessary, and my account be unbanned so that I can regain full access.
