Umingle Incorrectly Flagged My Age and Banned My Account

I am writing regarding an unjust ban applied to my Umingle website account. On 30 July, my account was banned on the grounds that I am under 18, even though I am in fact over 18 years old. There was no prior ID verification or manual check as far as I can see, so I believe this was an automatic detection or error. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there is no clear or accessible ban appeal link within the site itself. To even understand how to appeal, users have to search on the web, which makes it very difficult to resolve such mistakes. I request that my account linked to the email address “andrydellac0***@gmail.com” be reviewed manually, my age status be corrected, and my access to Umingle be restored as soon as possible. I also kindly ask you to provide a clear appeal process within the platform so that similar issues can be resolved more easily in the future.
