My Umingle account linked to my email address was suddenly banned on July 18 with the claim that I am under age, even though I am not underage. When I try to log in, I see a message stating that my account is banned because I am under age, but I meet the age requirement and I have not been given any clear explanation or option to correct this situation. I believe this is a mistake in the age assessment of my account. I request that my Umingle account be re‑examined, my age information be verified correctly and my account be unbanned as soon as possible so that I can continue using the platform.
