Request to Unban Umingle Account

I am writing regarding the sudden and, in my opinion, unreasonable ban placed on my umingle.com account. Today, when I tried to use the platform, I received a ban message stating that I am assumed to be under 18, even though this assumption is not correct. This ban was applied without any proper review or verification, and I was not given any opportunity to clarify my age or submit any proof. I currently cannot access my account and can only see the ban message. I kindly request that my account be reviewed carefully and that I be given the chance to confirm my age with the necessary documents if required. I expect the ban to be lifted as soon as possible after this review, as I have not violated the rules intentionally and I meet the age requirement for using the platform.
