Umingle ID Verification Failed – Request Account Review

I tried to sign up for Umingle for the first time today using my Android phone through Google. During the registration, the app asked me to prove that I am over 18, so I submitted my ID for age verification. My date of birth is April 24, 2008, which means I am currently 18 years old. The first ID photo I uploaded was blurry, so I tried to upload it again more clearly. After that, the system did not accept my verification anymore and it now appears to have locked me out, saying it is not accepting it and that I should email support. I emailed support as instructed, but the reply I received said they cannot receive or process it, so I was left with no way to fix the problem or re-verify my age. I am 18 and would like to be able to use the app, so I am requesting that my age verification be reviewed again and that I be allowed to re-verify my ID, or that my account be manually approved so I can access Umingle as an adult user.
