Umingle Age Restrictions Wont Let Me In

I am having an ongoing problem with Umingle related to age verification. While trying to verify my identity in the app, the system incorrectly marks me as underage and does not approve my verification, even though I am old enough to use the service. This issue started around June 26, 2026 and is still continuing. The only response I receive from the system is: “Your age verification was not approved. If you think this is a mistake, please email [email protected] with reference ID: b84ff8c2.” Despite this, my account remains restricted because the system insists I am underage. I request that my age verification be reviewed again based on my correct information and that my verification be approved so I can use the app normally without age restriction. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so I can fully access the service I signed up for.
