Unban My Umingle Account

My Umingle account on the Android app has been wrongly banned with the reason “Under 18”. I log in using my Google account and do not use any separate username. I am over 18 (born in 2007) and I meet the age requirement to use Umingle, so this ban is incorrect. This is not the first time this has happened; my account has now been banned three times for the same incorrect “Under 18” reason. The most recent ban was applied about 10 hours ago with Ban ID: 249e1d4f. In the app I could not find any option or section to contact support, so I have not been able to reach you through Umingle to resolve this error. I kindly request that you review my account, verify my age information, and remove the “Under 18” ban from my profile. I am ready to provide any necessary age verification so that this issue does not repeat again and I can continue using Umingle without further unjustified bans.
