Umingle Incorrectly Blocked Me for Being Under 18 Despite Being 21
I am writing regarding the sudden blocking of my Umingle account on 20 May 2026. When I tried to use Umingle for the first time through the website, I received a notification stating that my account was blocked because I was allegedly under 18 years old. This information is incorrect, as I am currently 21 years old and therefore meet the age requirement. I had not previously created a separate app account, and this was my first time using Umingle on the web. I also did not upload an ID card or complete any age verification during registration, so I do not understand how the system concluded that I was under 18 years old. Due to this block, I am completely unable to use the service. I respectfully request that Umingle review this situation, correct my age information if necessary, and remove the block on my account so that I may use the platform normally.
