Umingle Age Verification Issue

On July 20, while trying to use Umingle, my age verification was denied even though I am over 18. The system shows an “Age Verification Denied” error and gives a reference number c244772a, but it does not explain clearly why my age was not accepted. Because of this situation I cannot use the platform even though I meet the legal age requirement. This is frustrating, as I am trying to use the service in a completely normal and lawful way. I request that my age be reviewed again based on accurate information and that my account be approved so I can use Umingle without this restriction. I also expect a clear explanation of why my age was denied in the first place and confirmation that this issue has been resolved.
