Umingle Incorrectly Blocked Me With an Underage Warning

I am writing because I have been repeatedly blocked from using Umingle on the web due to an incorrect “underage” warning, even though I am not underage. I access Umingle via the web from an IP in the Philippines and, as far as I know, no registered account is required to use the service. The first time this restriction appeared was about a week ago, and it has happened again today. I have never uploaded or submitted any ID or proof of age to Umingle before, so I do not understand on what basis my access is being blocked as underage. I kindly request that you review this situation, properly verify that I am not underage, and remove the restriction so that my access to Umingle can be fully restored. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of why this “underage” flag was applied in the first place.
