Umingle Banned Pls Unban

I am writing regarding my access to Umingle through the Chrome browser on my Chromebook. Although I am 22 years old, I am receiving a “you are banned” message, and it appears that I have been banned as if I were underage. This ban message now appears every time I try to connect, and I am completely unable to use Umingle. There is no visible support, appeal, or “contact us” option on the site, so I have not been able to submit any official appeal or provide proof of my age directly to you. I request that my ban be removed and my access to Umingle be restored, as I am over 18 and fully meet the age requirement to use the service. I am ready to verify my age if needed.
