Umingle Did Not Unban My Account After I Paid the Fee

I am writing about a problem with my Umingle account with the username “rajanbharathi.” My account was banned, and today I paid 99 via UPI from India/Tamil Nadu to get my account unbanned. Despite making this payment, my account has still not been unbanned and I cannot use the service. I request that my Umingle account “rajanbharathi” be unbanned as soon as possible, or that you clearly explain the reason why it remains banned even after payment.
