Umingle Account Banned Mistakenly, Request Review And Recovery

Today my Umingle account was suddenly banned on the grounds that I am underage, and right after this ban I was shown a message stating that I needed to pay 99 to have my account unbanned. I find it unacceptable that a platform both bans an account for alleged age reasons and at the same time requests a payment to remove this ban. If my account was banned because of an age policy, this should be applied consistently and transparently, not turned into a paid “unban” process. I consider asking for money in order to lift an underage-related ban to be unfair and contrary to user trust. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment being requested from me, and that this practice of demanding 99 to remove a ban based on alleged underage status be reviewed and stopped. I expect my account to be reactivated as soon as possible and a clear explanation to be provided about this situation.
