Umingle Account Banned as Underage Wrongly

I am writing regarding an issue with my Umingle account, which was banned on 19 April 2026 at around 1:40 a.m. due to “underage considerations.” I am in fact 20 years old, so this ban is based on an incorrect assumption about my age. The situation started when a random stranger I met on Umingle asked me to type “M15.” After I did this, my account was reported and subsequently banned for being underage, even though I am not underage. I did not intend to violate any rules, and I believe I was misled by this stranger’s request. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned and that my profile be restored, as I am 20 years old and therefore meet the age requirement for the platform. I am ready to provide any necessary proof of my age if needed and would appreciate a review of this ban as soon as possible.
