Umingle Bans User Over Dimmed Lighting and Demands ₱149 Fee

Last week my Umingle account on the website was suddenly banned while I was just talking to someone with my room lights dimmed. I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation about a rule violation, and when I try to log in now, I only see a banner stating that my account is banned and asking me to “Pay to Unban – ₱149”. I am requesting that my account be unbanned without forcing me to make any payment, and that a clear explanation be provided about why this ban was placed. I believe this ban is unfair as I was not doing anything inappropriate at the time, and I want my account access restored as soon as possible.
