Umingle Banned For Wrong Reason, Asking For Payment To Instantly Unban

I have been using Umingle regularly and I am 24 years old. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned about two nights ago with the reason shown as “Under 18”. I always use the app before I sleep and when I woke up, I saw the message that I was banned for being a minor. On the ban screen, Umingle shows “You are banned” with the reason “Under 18” and offers an “Instant Unban” for ₱149. I find this extremely unfair and inappropriate, because I am an adult and I did nothing wrong. I did not and will not pay to remove a ban that is clearly based on a false reason. My banned accounts were registered under the email addresses romarkpl***[email protected] or iitsme***@gmail.com. I request that Umingle urgently review my age status, remove this incorrect ban, and restore my full access to my account without any payment, and that no similar unjustified bans be applied to me in the future.
