Umingle Banned My Account Without Reason, Request Free Ban Removal

I was using Umingle on my iPad and was suddenly banned without doing anything wrong. I was just talking to people normally and before 1 a.m. today a notification appeared on my screen saying that I was banned, showing Ban ID 0518b23b and a reason, and then immediately offering a paid “Instant Unban” option. This situation is unfair because I did not violate any rules and I was not given any proper explanation or chance to appeal. Instead of a clear review process, I am being asked to pay money just to have my access restored, even though my account is only linked through my Wi‑Fi and I do not have any username or email registered. I request that my ban be lifted and that I be allowed to use the website again without any payment requirement, and that my account linked to Ban ID 0518b23b be properly reviewed instead of forcing me to pay for an unban.
