Umingle Banned My Account Without Reason, Request Free Ban Removal

I was using Umingle on my iPad and was suddenly banned without doing anything wrong. I was just talking to people normal...ly and before 1 a.m. today a notification appeared on my screen saying that I was banned, showing Ban ID 0518b23b and a reason, and then immediately offering a paid “Instant Unban”
