Umingle Account Banned With Paid Instant Unban Requirement

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced on the Umingle website on 06-05-2026. My account was suddenly banned on the interface and, at the same time, I was shown an option to pay a fee for an instant unban. I find it unfair and problematic that access to my account is blocked while I am being pushed towards a paid unban option. I have not made any payment for this instant unban and I have not yet contacted Umingle support about this issue. I want my account ban to be removed and the unbanning process to be completely free, without any charge being requested from me. I kindly request that my ban be lifted, that unbanning be free of charge, and that this practice of offering paid instant unbans in such situations be reviewed.
