My Umingle Account Was Banned Without Warning or Stating a Reason

I recently used the Umingle website for the first time yesterday and when I tried to access it again today, I saw that I had been banned without any explanation. The only message I encountered was that I was banned, and I was not informed about any specific rule I allegedly violated. I would like to state that I do not know the reason for this ban and I find it unfair that such a restriction is imposed without any warning, evidence or clarification. I want my access to the site to be restored, or at least to be clearly informed about the reason for the ban and which rule I supposedly violated. I kindly request that my account and access status be reviewed as soon as possible, the unjust ban be lifted, or a clear and detailed explanation be provided.
