Umingle Ban For No Reason!

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned today while I was using the website, without any explanation or prior warning. The ban happened suddenly, and I did not receive any message or email stating the reason for this action. I believe I have not violated any rules or terms of use and therefore find this ban unfair. I have not used any paid features or subscriptions on the platform. I have also not yet been able to reach support about this situation. I kindly request that my Umingle account be urgently reviewed and reactivated, or that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the specific reason for the ban. I would like my access to the platform to be restored, as I did nothing to justify this measure.
